Hello, it's nice to meet you!

Hello, I'm Kate and it's a pleasure to meet you! 

This whole blog thing has been a long time in the making.  I think I started a few years ago and well, I just wasn’t sure how much I had to say out loud.  Now’s the time though!  So, here’s a little bit about me to get the ball rolling.  

On a lot of my blogs you’ll see some random stats.  What music I’m listening to, or maybe what song I woke up with in my head.  Maybe a word or two about what I dreamed, or maybe some general co-ordinates.  Perhaps what color I’m loving or which stone wants to be worked with that day.  Bottom line, you never know so tune in often!

I’m passionate about a lot of things in life but truly the main ones are creating, music, travel, and food.  (More on that last one later.)

There’s something to being able to get out what’s in your head.

Although I have never played an instrument, music excites me.  The discovery of something new, the way it can transport you across the world to a distant memory, the passion of those doing their creating... All of it!

Finally, travel.  Deep breath and sighhhh.  Being out in the world excites me.  The way that it can challenge every fiber of your being or the relationships that are present.  It’s a never ending path to growth, and I love every bit of it.  In the future you’ll likely see collections based on these travels.  You’ll get insights into daily life in Pucon, Chile.  Or maybe Kathmandu, India, or Oregon. I’ll try to keep it fresh for ya!
